Target Audience

This activity is designed for electrophysiologists, cardiologists, nurses, and allied health professionals who treat patients with cardiac arrhythmias.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply 3D image guidance and its applications for achieving successful outcomes in atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation
  • Discuss the integration of spectral analysis and advanced mapping software within daily practice
  • Review new developments in mapping and ablation that provide a simplified approach to ablating paroxysmal  AF
  • Review and apply the procedural approach that a single institution has followed to achieve successful outcomes in AF patients
