- Assess for risk and screen patients for early management of chronic kidney disease (CKD)-associated anemia
- Outline the benefits and risks associated with iron and erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA) therapy in treating CKD-associated anemia patients to appropriate hemoglobin (Hgb) targets
- Describe the need for an individualized approach to CKD-associated anemia management, emphasizing quality of life (QOL)
- Apply evidence-based guidelines and recent data for optimal CKD-associated anemia diagnosis and management
